Refund policy

All sales are final. Hairpieces, hair products, and related personal-care items cannot be returned or exchanged for preference, fit, color variation, or change of mind. Product photos and shade guidance are provided to support your selection, but screens, lighting, biological hair, and individual placement can affect how a shade appears.

If an item arrives damaged or has a product defect, contact Studio Zeal within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item, internal and external packaging, shipping label, and the condition in which the package arrived. Studio Zeal will review the claim and provide instructions. Do not discard packaging or ship an item back without written authorization.

This exception does not cover normal variation in human hair, damage caused after delivery, wear, cutting, coloring, chemical processing, heat damage, improper care, or unauthorized alteration.
