This website is operated by Studio Zeal. Throughout the site, "Studio Zeal," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Studio Zeal, operated by Raquel Viara. These Terms of Service govern your use of raquelsstudiozeal.com and purchases made through the store. By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them.

Online store terms

You must be the age of majority in your place of residence, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to use this store. You may not use the site or products for an unlawful purpose, violate applicable laws, interfere with the site, or transmit malicious code.

Product information and shade selection

We work to display product descriptions, colors, images, measurements, and prices accurately. Screens, lighting, biological hair, placement, and normal variation in human hair can affect how a shade or finished result appears. Shade guidance helps narrow a choice but is not a guarantee of an exact match, fit, or individual result.

Products are sourced on demand and are subject to supplier availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue products or shades, correct errors, or cancel an order when an item becomes unavailable. If supplier availability changes before Studio Zeal accepts the supplier item, we will contact you with available options, which may include waiting, choosing an approved alternative after consultation, or cancellation.

Orders, pricing, and payment

An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline an order, including for suspected fraud, pricing or product errors, unavailable merchandise, payment issues, or delivery restrictions. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, and fees are shown or described at checkout.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, contact, and shipping information. You authorize the payment provider to charge the amount shown at checkout when you submit an order.

Processing and shipping

Studio Zeal products are sourced on demand, received, and inspected before shipment from Phoenix, Arizona. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing before carrier transit begins. U.S. standard shipping is free. Optional $15 express service changes carrier transit only and does not shorten processing.

International customers pay the carrier-calculated shipping rate shown at checkout. International orders ship Delivered at Place (DAP). The customer is responsible for duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and destination-country charges. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Final sale and damage claims

All sales are final. Hairpieces, hair products, and related personal-care items cannot be returned or exchanged for preference, fit, color variation, or change of mind. If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact Studio Zeal within 48 hours of delivery and follow the documentation requirements in the Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Care and alterations

Follow the care guidance provided with your order. Studio Zeal is not responsible for damage caused after delivery by wear, cutting, coloring, chemical processing, excessive heat, improper care, or unauthorized alteration.

Third-party services and links

The store is hosted by Shopify and may link to third-party services, including payment providers, carriers, social platforms, and GlossGenius consultation booking. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, text, graphics, photographs, product presentation, and other materials owned by Studio Zeal or its licensors may not be copied, reproduced, sold, or used commercially without written permission, except as allowed by law.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the site and services are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated. Studio Zeal does not guarantee uninterrupted access, an exact color match, a particular fit, or a specific personal result. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Studio Zeal will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the site, products, or third-party services. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

Changes and severability

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on the site. Changes apply from the effective date shown. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the State of Arizona, United States, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
