Shipping policy

Studio Zeal products are sourced on demand. After your order is placed, the selected item is received and inspected by Studio Zeal before it is shipped to you from Phoenix, Arizona. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing before carrier transit begins. Carrier estimates shown at checkout begin after processing and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Tracking is sent by email when your order leaves Studio Zeal. Delays caused by supplier availability, carriers, customs, weather, incorrect addresses, or events outside our control may affect delivery. If availability changes before shipment, Studio Zeal will contact you with the available options.

Standard shipping is free for orders delivered within the United States. Paid express shipping is available for $15. Express service affects carrier transit only and does not shorten the 5–10 business-day processing period.

International customers pay the carrier-calculated shipping rate shown at checkout. International orders are shipped Delivered at Place (DAP). The customer is responsible for duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other charges assessed by the destination country or carrier. Refusal to pay these charges does not cancel the order or create return eligibility.
